Great lift, I can’t quite tell the weight but good overall just try to keep your head on the bench.
Make sure it hits the chest , but otherwise great job!

You were also not stabilizng the bar rsulting in a boost. I can do 180 with a bar and 230 on a stabilized one. I'm 14

Since this was a Smith machine there was no need for me to stabilize. However I definitely apply stabilization to my regular flat bench. Thanks for the feedback though I wish you well on your fitness journey 💪🏾
