Nice! Currently blocked at a similar weight because shoulder impingement😢 I must try several things, because the causes can be different and truly varied.

All triceps and bicep, widen that grip son, get that chest stretch.
Tbf was doing close grip bench in the second video because it was a tricep focused day. But I still get good chest activation. Preciate your input, though. 💯

Don't be discouraged if you've hit a plateau in the gym. That first pic of me was from 9 months ago. My physique basically stayed there for 5 of these 9 months. What changed? I switched my focus. To gain serious results, you have to take what you're doing seriously! Im not hyping yall up to sell you some program. Im just trying to motivate people who were in the same boat as me ✌🏽&❤ 2️⃣🫵🏽 all!

Great lift, I can’t quite tell the weight but good overall just try to keep your head on the bench.
If you can, on squats try to focus on lower weight and and lower depth, it’s worth it in the long run.

Since this was a Smith machine there was no need for me to stabilize. However I definitely apply stabilization to my regular flat bench. Thanks for the feedback though I wish you well on your fitness journey 💪🏾
