this is sick, i just started playing today and i feel so good having a base layout down like this. cheers a billion
You have a great eye for design. "Functional" is very appropriate.
Ive noticed everyones missed the freecam feature. ~ is free cam while building as well as auto run by default
I was having problems relocating my base to a new area.
I was having the building colliding with things like rocks on the ground.
So i re designed my base so that it is on just a few solid blocks connecting to the ground.
This way you raise the building up over things that can get in the way.
I did not record a video on it sadly.
But i pretty much made a version of a house you can see in areas that flood, sitting on poles.

I've watched other similar videos, but this one makes the most sense
I can't seem to get stairs to snap from a foundation to the ground. What am I doing wrong? I watched you do it like it was nothing.
It helped me when I went into flying mode during building

same here until I tried the normal stairs instead of wide ones, hope it hepls
It helped when I stood on the platform looking down towards where I wanted the stairs to go and it worked for me. Something to try if you are still having a hard time
They changed it from the beta.
as far as I'm aware, if you break a block with stuff on it, those things go to the vault in the TC
also, you can place windows into walls, rather than tearing them down and replacing it with a wall that already has a window
It's not the only place you can fast travel for free if you have other people in your hive you can transport to their base for free
you can use the flight mode instead of just running back and forth yk-
Flight mode is a life saver!!!

Only real tip needed is to build your star chrome purifier off to the side. Everything else is essentially up to you.

the daisy chain isnt working anymore, delete your power stuff and youll see
Was just wondering how something like this would work on a PvP server? Isn’t it like rust where if they destroy your territory you lose everything? Just asking I have no idea

I have no foundation when i want to place my territory terminal or is it because it needs to be on a flat groud?
Is there a way to upgrade my wooden house to a stone one or do i have to demlish it

hey question my mates and I are going to get this game in july, what kind of (wipe) system do they have? is it like rust where it wipes every week.. or do we have some time? because this game looks fire af
a lot is still unknown from what we could see it looked like the world evolves/changes over the course of a season and there is the eternaland which we can withdraw and deposit to at set times in the cycle but that wasn't fully available in the demo

@@GacktSama1992 resets every 6 weeks but a lot of people arent happy so they may revert to make it permanent

0 esthetics in the base building in this game. I really think they couldve done much better with build menu icons and the look of the items youre placing.
So all the building stuff you unlock thru the skill tree does that all go away when the seasonal reset starts?? Does any1 know?? I like the game but I'm not trying to spend a lot of time in/on certain things till I know what I'm going to lose. Also I'm guessing players build their actual houses/bases in Eternal Land???

im having issues “adjusting height “ for my base when i try relocating. it says ALT+mouse scroll but all it does is turn my house
i had no issues with that and lifted up my base quite a bit

If someone had 'base permissions' which may just mean friended, you can clone a base blueprint like making a blueprint of your own base.
