You two laughing cracks me up. Y'all need to watch Possessor: Uncut (2020) from Brandon Cronenberg. A real body horror gag! It stars Academy Award nominated actresses, Andrea Riseborough (Black Mirror) and Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight), as well as Chris Abbott (Girls), & Sean Bean (LotR, GoT).
According to the directors, Art has a supernatural ability that allows his victims to stay alive so they can feel all the pain he puts them through 😭💀

brooo saaaame. me and my friend smoked weed outside the theatre not knowing what to watch and we saw a scary clown poster and said fuck it, it was halloween season anyway. we had no idea what we got ourselves into lmao.
Also there’s canon-theory that the reason people are able to stay alive for so long is because they don’t die until Art is ready for them to die to maximize suffering. Obviously Art isn’t human lol.

Terrifier 2 is such an intense film. It's seemingly unlike any other horror film we have laid our eyes on.
Maybe for you, but grindhouse movies (such as Terrifier) have been out for decades. This is nothing new. I’m glad it’s becoming part of mainstream horror so more people can see it
Agreed! Saw it last night. Literally every single horror movie nowadays is to “politically correct”. All horror movies are scared to do what terrfier 2 did. Salute to the team who made this film possible
The disrespect to the Friday The 13th, Halloween, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Chucky & Saw movies in this comment is crazy. You should watch more horror. I suggest starting with the Phantasm films, a lot of movies have taken inspiration from it including A Nightmare On Elm Street & the show supernatural.

So glad you both liked this. I really enjoyed Terrifier, even though as a whole it wasn’t a “great” film, but Art the Clown more then made up for the story’s shortcomings.
Terrifier 2 is writer/director Damian Leone’s true vision come to life. Terrifier only had 35k to play with. This had 250k. Still a small budget but boy did he squeeze every cent out of it.
It’s brought in $10m at the box office and Leone has promised AT LEAST one more film, probably 2. It’s great that this generation has a horror icon like Art the Clown, like the 80s had Freddy and Jason and the 90s had Chucky

I saw this in the theatres it was intense!!! Brooke's almost made it! Did you know when she runs into the "dead end creepy washroom" there's actually a door to keep going but it's hidden, someone on TH-cam told me that !
Her dad didn’t design the outfit for her lol. He just designed the character. So she made the outfit he designed for his character.
I like when Art is about to die, he smiles at Sienna. He's accepted defeat. He knows he was bested by a better warrior. He knows he'll come back. He knows he's a demon, he didn't in the first movie.
Art is definitely coming back for revenge on sienna in the 3rd film. Idk, she may lose this time, we’ll see
I just have no words to describe how amazing this movie is. The first movie sure it's memorable. But this movie is way better, it has a whole story, and Sienna and Jonathan actually survive. The ending wasn't a dream tho, but that little sequence near the end was.
I wonder if The Clown girl took control of Vicky's body, because both of their eyes light up.
With the success of this, I hope the third one gets and even bigger budget. I think if they had an editor trim down some of the shots and made this movie like 30 minutes shorter and hired a couple of solid supporting actors, this would be even better. If they do that, this could be a very successful franchise
How much grossed it? I cant find anything about the box office from this movie. But I am sure it made less than Top Gun Maverick.
@@Manuel2395-g6m Bearing in mind that it is a low budget film and its market was indie cinema. The truth is that the film worked well for its intended market, as it was not a film to be globally reproduced in the first place.

Grossed: 12 millons $

I love that you guys loved the slight fantasy aspect to it. Because when I hear a few people that review this they hate the sword and her resurrecting back. I honestly loved it and it gave a sense of an extra power being involved
He’s like a cenobite from Hellraiser. Comes from seemingly nowhere. Can never truly die. Causes pain because it’s pleasurable for him. Really likes to make sure people can feel the torture they’re going through. Has to be as gory as possible for shock value.
I don’t get why you guys were so weirded out with her saying “daddy” I gets “sexualized” now but I think it was a callback to 80’s slasher flicks just like that synth wave music they use in the movie. For example Nancy from A Nightmare On Elm St says daddy all the time in that movie. Also I don’t think the dad designed that for her, I think it was a character he created but she was dressing up as for Halloween.

I love horror/slasher movies and I don't freak out easy, but Art legitimately terrifies me. I also am extremely terrified of being tortured so the fact that he is not only super creepy but he is a BRUTAL supernatural entity that stalks you and absolute rips you apart and keeps you alive so you can feel every bit of the pain...

ooh. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONEEEE! Roman's reaction during Allie's torture scene was me though. To this day, I still haven't watched that scene in its entirety 🙃

The lead character with the wings is dressed as a Valkyrie who is a Norse female warrior. Did you notice the Principal? She is horror icon Felissa Rose from the cult classic film series Sleepaway Camp. Since it did so well, Terrifier 3 will probably be split into two parts like Breaking Dawn from Twilight and Mockingjay from The Hunger Games.

Sienna's revenge on Art seems a bit underwhelming, given the sheer brutality of Art's kills.
And apparently the actress has like 20yrs martial arts experience...was hoping they'd utilize that more.
Terrifier 2 is phenomenal. I love that its so messed up that you have no choice but to laugh at some points because of how over the top it goes. It definitely has its lows. Im not a fan of the ending but i can easily look past it

There was no marketing campaign as per the director. You guys should check out Black Christmas (original version) from the 1970's you won't be disappointed.
i think you can like "cheat" the demonetization thing for gore and blood on YT if you change the hue of the blood, as long as it's not red you should be good i think.Ii've seen ppl do this for mortal kombat fatalities so they don't get demonetized and it worked
The actor who plays the kid (Elliott fullam) is a musician and has some good ass music
This is my new favorite horror of all time and I’ve been waiting for reactions 🙏🙏🙏 truly a masterpiece and just goes to show what u can do with a small budget
Also the stuff you were talking about with it being a dream it is not it’s real the sword really did that and the art death is real so everything that happened in the end was real and I’m so glad y’all enjoyed it I loved it it’s definitely top 3 for me as a movie and a horror movie
Don't know if you know it, but Jonathan is played by a TH-camr. His channel is Little Punk People. He's big and heavy metal music world and interviews some pretty big bands.
Btw: It's funny cuz in the costume shop, $32:50 would be cheap for those two items in that store. That is abracadabra in New York City. I live up the block from it and there's no way I would shop in there because it is way too expensive.
Good movie, just a few scenes wish i could unsee that were just crazy disturbing.

This movie is wild and I love every moment of it. I also dig the musical score as well.
Both movies were written directed and produced by same guy. :) He had more time in length to do more around story and he had practice on first movie. I LOVE this movie. Tad long so prefer first but this is only half a point less for me. Bring on part 3!

My friend and I laughed hearing about the lightweights that threw up and passed out in the theaters. Me being real big on Halloween, I watch the goriest horror films all month, while eating candy and special Halloween cereal.
So I watched Terrifier 2 on Screambox on the 31st. Toward the end of the movie, I started feeling real sick. I threw up for days, and couldn't hold down anything.
Doctor said all the sugar ceased my digestive tract.
My friend never believed me when I told him it wasn't the movie.
