Hi christine you cooked a lovely dinner it looks nice and yes you should have a good dinner dont deprive yourself because you are doing this herbal life diet glad to hear that you are enjoying your home made meals and that they are not making you bloated its been quiet here we had a little bit of rain you take care x

Yes they are nice. Our dinner was so good, well I've done a week on herbalife and I have been okay on it so far. Hopefully the next time they go to Edinburgh they will get on the right train lol x
