  • Video Montage of my Weighted Chin Up & Dip training session.

    Started off with a Top set of 5 Chin ups at 40kgs/88lbs, then backed down to 30kgs/66lbs.
    Following Chin Ups were Dips training, did 3 straight sets of 5 at 50kgs/110lbs.
    Finished of with secondary strength movements:
    Close Grip Cambered FB Bar 1 x 8 at 100kgs/220lbs
    Close MAG grip Seated Row 2 x 12-15 at 180lbs
    Tricep Push Down & Bicep Curls Super set 2 x 12-20 reps each.
