So glad that you mentioned the shift knob for manuals. People forget how important shifter feel is with engagement in a car. Huge mod that is overlooked but makes such a big difference
Agreed! You need the car to feel good while driving and having nice crispy satisfying shifts is HUGE
I’m glad you relate to most people and not tell people to spend so much to have fun
I appreciate that! Most of us aren’t loaded and we modify on a budget
Maybe some aero pieces and carbon stuff like lips and the mirrors and stuff?
That’s another good option if you’re into aesthetics yes!
Agree with everything you said Diego
Thanks Pete!
Greta video Diego. More of these please
Thank you!
Appreciate your content! Just starting my journey on my Audi, your videos are greatThank you
Thank you! I know you’ll enjoy yours a ton!
Awesome video bro. I agree these are simple mods but cover the basis of looks sound performance driver feel etc. great f*cking list!
Thanks man! Much appreciated
The flush kit is great if you plan on staying on stock wheels and even some lighter wheels that are a bit more narrow could benefit off that
So I’m gonna get the flush kit either way most likely for my stocks and my neuspeed wheels
What a great looking guy you are
You’re perfect in every way
Hey Diego thanks for all the links as well along with the awesome reviews.
Anytime! Thank you!
Solid content and list of first mods! We'd love to help out with any parts you might want or need in the future!
Thanks man! Will def be contacting you soon!
If you want to keep your performance you need to invest in a good catch can and pcv delete for your direct injection car. It's the top mod for the life of your motor.
Nice setup. I also have the MST tip and tube with APR open intake. Unfortunately it doesnt sound as nice as yours, I have A3
Thanks man! And really?? Hmmm that’s weird shouldn’t be much difference in sound I doubt having a slightly smaller turbo would effect the sound that much
very good video thanks
Thanks man!
Are you going to get a flush kit when you do the suspension?
Absolutely yes. Even on my neuspeed wheels they are a little sunk so maybe a 10mm spacer all around I’m gonna measure to make it sit perfectly flush
In your opinion what’s the most reliable tuner Audi, I’m lookin for a new car in the next year or so but don’t know what I want yet.
It really depends man. I’m an EQT fanboy I won’t lie. Before I even bought my s3 I did a ton of research on what tune to get and at the end it boiled down between UM and eqt for me. I went with EQT because they have an amazing track record from power numbers to reliability and by far have the best customer service on the market imo. I would absolutely go EQT. If you aren’t planning on crazy power and want to have a stock feel but faster just do a stage 1 tune and you’ll have 0 issues
I’m thinking of getting an s3,my first mod would be an intake. Would it give an engine light ? Is a tune required ?
Awesome choice! And nope! You will not get a CEL and a tune is not required for it. You’ll have no issues. Only way you could get a code is if it’s not installed properly or if something isn’t tight and gives you a leak
can these be undone and returned to stock if necessary?
Absolutely! These mods a pretty simple to go back to stock. Toughest would be the springs but can’t lie most of the time if people sell or trade in their cars they will leave in the springs for ease of mind
