I sang an English Cover of In the Back Room, by Syudou! It was used as Chainsaw Man Ending 5. In the Back Room tackles identity and is inspired by syudou's (the writer of this song) childhood obsession with pop star Kenshi Yonezu, and how he felt he lost his own musical identity by trying to be Kenshi instead of himself.

I didn't know this had to do with CSM and my mind came up with a different interpretation from what it was supposed to be-
My mind just imagined a toxic relationship, realizing the other person means no well or hurts you more than helping you. You try to escape but when the story feels like it's about to be over... You're back again at square one.

beautiful cover as always trickle !!! one thing I've always loved about your covers ever since the day I found them is that your lyrics are really easy to follow in terms of understanding the song's theme/overall message. The lyrics, especially here I think, tend to flow more like a conversation or like I'm reading a poem and its easier to connect the lyrics back to back after a break I think, which I find quite amazing to achieve especially considering the nuance that comes with not only translating the lyrics to have the correct meaning but as well as getting them to work within the notes needed to be sung (if that makes any sense lol). Im not sure how to express my thoughts truly but know that your lyrics are truly one of a kind trickle, as not only do you make them easy to follow but you make sure they still hold that weight and nuance the song needs depending on the situation. Truly blown away as always!!!! ♥

I feel like the fact that the Japanese is playing in my head over the English really goes to show how well you captured the flow in your translation.
