This was filmed in 2015 (might be 2016) and released in 2018. It was the first video done with Samuel and Ren. It shows just how great they are working together. It's my favourite Halloween track. It's visually disturbing and musically upbeat. If I remember (I saw and interview with Samuel) they spent about $50 on this. The doorway they were in was a back door to a pub and they were stopped by police painting it white... they said they were covering up hateful graffiti. I always wondered if they cops went by the next day and saw the writing... and if the pub kept the new "art". (I also read a comment from someone saying it was under a bridge... that's not what I remember from the interview but I'm willing to be wrong - I'd rather not spread incorrect information). It was an interview with Samuel and Joe E Sparks if you want to clarify.

I found I love anything Ren does. He always goes over and above for his music and never calls it in like I am noticing about a couple other indie artist lately. He is pure talent in all the music categories. He is special. I haven't found another musician that matches him yet. His heart is gold as well. Been watching him for about a yr now and have all his albums and can't wait till his new one comes out. I love his bands, collabs and Chinchilla as well.

Why would you hear child of the Moon and immediately think it has something to do with zodiac signs??.... That type of logic is exactly why you people believe in zodiac signs in the first place... Very gullible and able to see imaginary connections that aren't actually there....... The song is largely about night owls who stay up late and party and run the town after the sun goes down... I tried to think of a reason why the song isn't just called "children of the night" when it's obvious that Moon just refers to night time,🤔 and my immediate assumption was that there's probably already something called "children of the night" that's been used in the past so Ren had to change it up a bit for his song title... A quick Google search confirms there's actually a non-profit organization called "children of the night"🤷.... The stuff isn't that hard to figure out
