The guitar is synced with the bass riff from the original. The bass riff was one of my first songs I learned so I'm happy. People can do different versions of songs. But yes I would love to see Moz and Marr together again. That guitar riff is iconic with Moz's heavenly voice.

I for one think this arrangement is ridiculous and obnoxious on its own, regardless of the smiths version or any other for that matter, and this has nothing to do with my soul being dirty it's just an opinion based on aesthetic perception, and it's okay, you state yours, everyone one else state theirs if they want, we move on with our lives while having learned a valuable lesson about what others like or dislike.

Old one but love to hear again!
    Lyrics
    Punctured bicycle
    On a hillside desolate
Will nature make a man of me yet?
    When in this charming car
    This charming man
    Why pamper life's complexity
    When the leather runs smooth
    On the passenger's seat?
    I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
    This man said "it's gruesome
That someone so handsome should care"
    Ah ! A jumped-up pantry boy
    Who never knew his place
    He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
    I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
    This man said "it's gruesome
That someone so handsome should care"
    La, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
    Oh, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
    Ah ! A jumped-up pantry boy
    Who never knew his place
    He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things

Unless of course you're in a tribute/cover band. I think the band is more than capable of cloning the the original version if that was the intent. Whether or not one likes this version, well that's irrelevant.
