I agree with Stevie. For me there are just a number of areas of uncertainty at City (the FFP hearing, Guardiola, Ederson, De Bruyne). Arsenal have gone out and strengthened yet again, and I think this year they will do it.

With Bernardo Sillva and DeBruyne in decline, Guardiola has to decide if he will rebuild again. Is it a 1 to 2 year short-term plan or a 3 to 4 year midterm plan? Even his staff are getting fed up of living in miserable weather North West England. Guardiola requires unique working conditions. The only other clubs that I see that are able to provide these conditions are Real Madrid, PSG or maybe back to Bayern. For two obvious political reasons he would never work at Madrid or PSG which is why I see him moving into international football. Maybe Brazil or England?
