Maybe ,did you check your device maintenance ,go on settings , device maintenance, battery , and check for a battery drain

@@TechthroughToni Yes I did and followed all the tips to prolong the battery life such as reduce the brightness and turn off Bluetooth and others but nothing happened

Try to remove your games at first ,if than doesn't fix that ,do a factory reset! If nothing happens still ,and you have a problem, better do a battery replacement
