dude i absolutely love your channel. every aspect of it. it all feels so local and grounded. there's something so honest and truthful to the way you make your videos and it's great to see you put so much care and focus into making every frame look as beautiful as possible, even when you're just talking directly to the camera. It's also particularly nice to see, as not a single other big filmmaking youtube channel does the same as they all feel too processed, streamlined and seems like they're trying too hard. This chanel has none of that. I was astounded you don't have at least 100k followers when first seeing your channel, but then I saw that you'd only been on this channel for 11 months and to get nearly 12.9k followers in that time is stunning. Love the fact that you have such a strong appreciation for the XHS2 - that's one of my dream cameras to use I'm sorry this comment seems super overblown and like i'm being super hyperbolic and attention seeking but it really isn't. I just wanted to share my thoughts with you, as channel just makes me really happy and the videos always lift my mood, compared to a lot of other filmmaking or videography channels. Love the innovation! It's great to see the tinkering and creative thinking behind shoots, thanks so much. It gave me the idea of putting a monopod with tripod feet up against my hip bone to stabilise a heavyish cam when vlogging. Works great, so much better than just hand held 💪
Looks great! Did you ever try a camera strap to hold up the camera body rather than holding it by hand? Curious if it would help with matching the stepping motion & sway or if the movement would be too loose.

Little off top could You give advice how to make x-h2s footage more "cinematic" i mean less digital more "organic" i set sharpness to -4 and put 1/8 black mist filter but still it is slightly too sharp,there any tip to make fine tune in post ? For example put some blur on timeline above footage ?
Don't use sharp lenses if you want a more organic look. So vintage lenses or lenses that have more character. Dehancer is a great plugin for film looks.
