hey buddy, Barry proved to be faster than Wally in season 5. After he came out of the speed force again. Even tho I am a huge Marvel fan I think Barry is the fastest SPEEDSTER (except Superman as he is not a speedster)
Savitar can go so fast that his lightning can’t be seen and is just a light flash that disappears. This isn’t close to his canon speed
