Thank you for keeping me on your list. I turned 83 on 4/16 Tuesday and getting over the passing of my husband of 63 years last August. The gentle movements were a great start for me. My back and posture feel better already. I’m looking forward to the next 6 sessions. Again thank you for sharing. PS the music room reminds me of my son’s band in our home many many years ago 😊❤

I missed the streaming of this, but I'm delighted to have access to the recording here. I haven't been moving my body a lot and wanted to do something at home that could help me feel better, but wasn't too intense. This was perfect. Excited to try Day 2 tomorrow.

Thank you for this! Ive started and stopped so many times with Yoga. I give up because I cannot keep up or simply cannot do a move due to my size, but i keep hearing how great Yoga is. Also...your voice is very soothing! Looking forward to more.
