Another thing I'd mention is he's deep underwater. It is harder to hold your breath when you are that deep because of the pressure. I was a swimmer and definitely know that the deeper you go, the harder it is to hold your breath.
Mena Massoud inspired me to lose weight. I actually think of him every time I am exercising and dieting. He looked so beautiful in the Aladdin movie. I've lost a ton of weight now, my underwear don't even fit anymore. Just thought I'd share with people my thoughts, not sure if he'll ever know or care, but he inspired me and is so dear to my heart. I remember that day when I first went to a swimming pool I was 4 I guess... One of the instructors just pushed me inside I guess to teach me how to actually hold my breath inside... I couldn't even stay there for a second (but I did stay)!!!! How did he do it for so long!!!
@@TotallyNotShay1 I don't think there is much chance he would have drowned. He would have been very well looked after with people on set who could have dealt with any problems. And it would have been very well planned beforehand. If there had been any real risk, they wouldn't have done it. It was really well done
I wonder if they put weights on him or something so he can stay at the bottom of the tank? Because no matter what I do, if I try to dive underwater I can only get like 1 m (3 ft) below surface and can only stay there for like 3 seconds before the water pushes me back up.

I was talking about how the actor can lay at the bottom of the tank to film the scene without any visible aid, because whenever I try to get to the bottom of a pool the water just pushes me right up. (And of course I have seen the animated version! To this day it's still my favourite Disney movie.)
