I would pick the last condo. Although it had a smaller kitchen, I loved the layout and the extra bathroom and shower for guests.

I'm coming to Chiang Mai in January 2024. Would love to view some of these units. Would be great if you are able to provide unit size and common fees for easy reference. Thanks for the video mate.

Missing the size of the unit, despite seeing what’s on offer, size matters, so please don’t forget this

Love these videos, are there monthly maintenance fees?

That would be a good question for Alice with Indigo, her link is in the description. She will know.

Small, yes. Too small for a farang to live in long-term. Here's my take on condos like these, based on a couple of condo units I've stayed in in Chiang Mai and talking with various staff. First, note that these are all new(er) facilities. Foreigners (predominantly Chinese) buy them (up to the 49% limit) and rent them out to tourists on a short-time basis using Agoda or AirBnB. The 51% requiring Thai ownership are sometimes under-subscribed (too expensive for the average Thai?). Cheaper and, despite the small size, more spacious and better appointed than most hotel rooms.

They are for sale only as far as I know.

Renting is better. That gives me maximum flexibility

Overpriced matchbox apartments. Sadly, it is getting ridiculous

Have to say I’m not at all impressed by these tiny spaces, fine for people who visit but to live there would be a stretch
      Better to pay for hotels

Waaaaaaaay too small. These would really only be good for short-term stays. They aren't something I'd want to live in.

Nice 👍 do they have washer/dryer 2 in 1 combo machines?
