That part. At some point it needs to be clean. Just lazy and not giving af. Everybody has to work and make they money. At some point take some time out and clean your truck. At least vaccum.
I have a black Tundra which is the best truck I've ever owned, so reliable and comfortable. Mine isn't a work truck but I can't imagine letting it get to this point! Vehicles are amazing, necessary and expensive pieces of machinery people - treat them, and your pocketbook, with respect and don't trash them!! 🙂
I know you talk about getting in the nooks and crannies a lot. I would like to say, "wow". Not just on the full detail. But how you took your time at 32:31. You got some leftover cleaner on the cup holder. On the round part. I didn't even notice it was there until you blasted it with air. Bravo. *chef's kiss*
wow! amazing what you find in these cars..... @ 17:00 there's a profile of an evil clown in the dirt..he manages to survive the vacuum all the way to 17:43. but then defeated at 36:10 by the "drill brush of good"
Have you seen those videos of people using the massage guns on their car's carpet to loosen all the dirt? Maybe that would help you in some areas? Love the video!
I would’ve never thought to use BioBreak for upholstery. I think I still have some. I mostly use Advance for upholstery and use Citrus Flex combined with Flex Ice in my truck mount. Great video!
I’m not finished watching but so far two questions: do you keep personal items you find in 5he vehicle? Next, you cleaned the cabin air filter but put things back in the filthy glove box, are you cleaning it later so the vehicle will “look like new?” Is it safe to get all the switches all wet?
It could be a trade in vehicle from dealership thats having him detail it. As he said in the past he does dealership vehicles so thats a most likely a finders keepers.
I bought a Bissell and it works great. The suction is good and changing the water is quick. Plus I only use it for rinsing. I use a sprayer for the upholstery cleaner and a drill brush. Maybe some day I'll upgrade, but it's good for now.
Great work, I just did a 2016 platinum crew max tundra I bought found out it had some mold under the rear seats and on the rear seat belts. (my guess someone left the rear window down while it was at the dealership) I ended up ripping out the entire interior including the carpet and found mold under the center console and more mold under the where the rear seats bolted down. Took some CLR and a drill bush and cleaned the floor boards and took the carpet and did a 50/50 simple green water mix and steamed the carpets. Mold be gone! I should have pulled the head liner down but I didn’t see any signs of water intrusion. The mold under the center console baffles me as there is not really any easy way that moisture can get down there as it’s pretty sealed up. Again excellent work, took that interior from roached to immaculate!
In all your videos I've noticed that when you wash the interior only you never clean the door jams and that looks bad! I could tell in the before and after shots that the bottom of the door was super dirty. With the water pressure you pretty much remove all that dirt if you don't want to scrub it
So one thing I've always been curious about is how the information center gets cleaned? I've seen some videos where they get that wet with some type of cleaner and then use the brushes to really get in there but wouldn't that sort of treatment mess up the screen? radio? cd/ casette player?
Just wondered why you didn't clean the stuff out of the bed first before you foamed the truck? Would it be worth it to hit the bedliner with the foam also? Thanks I'm just learning on how to detail.
I usually watch the detail geek but I like your videos too keep it up 👍 any advice for someone wanting to start they’re own detailing business? How to get your business out there how to price would really appreciate a detailed video of how to start this business or if you could email me tips and helpful advice
Firstly...OMG...the intro to the video. WHAT.A.MESS! Secondly, amazing transformation! I dread to think how long it took to vacuum this truck! Oh and what was that stuff you used on the wheels to clean off the brake dust??
Quick question. My tyres are getting super dusty after washing, lije driving from the carwash to home (.5 mile) and you can see it again. Is that normal and what can i do about it?
Do you do any stretching before you start the details? I have an 18 CX-9. Big suv. My forearms start to hurt when I’m dealing with the detailing brushes.
Let me ask you a question, I have the remnants of a sticker stuck to my worn out leather arm rest that I'd really like to get off. What would you recommend using without tearing up the worn leather?
Great result!!! I se lots of pro car detailer using the Bissell pro, YES it fills quickly BUT refill it with hot water and empty the dirty water takes me under 1 min. Buying a bigger heavier one it's not to consider at least in my case 😀
always better watching someone with an engineer background who knows more about vehicles than some monotone canadian. Stauffer is the man! Staufferhas better filming equipment, editing skillz and much more interesting commentary. Stauffer let’s you know what he’s thinking and why he’s thinking. take off nine eleven supporter you hoser!
Negative, they dont do much besides spray off big chunks. Pressure washers are most effective 4-5 inches from the surface being cleaned and then you spread the water pressure across 4-6 nozzles so your pressure drop and distance isn't going to do much besides knock off larger chunks and easy dirt. They do have a place though in certain circumstances.
I never understood how some people just let their cars look like this. I know they are probably busy but good Lord, 15-20 minutes of your time, 2-3 times per month and you will get a pristine condition interior...just vacuum the floor, wipe down a dashboard with a rag and you are done. It's a good start if you just stop leaving trash in your car
Work truck??? Wish I could afford a work truck like that, lol. Can’t see how anyone doesn’t stop and clean their truck from time to time. Lol
I agree! It was destroyed

Thanks Mark! Appreciate that
Detailers are human too so there is always room for human error.
I agree 1000%.....it's NOT real. Made for entertainment.
This is crazy!!! I clean my SUV about every week, has no stains and its been like that since 2007 when it left the lot
17:50 he vacuumed the change up 😂 Hope the owner didn’t want that.

You know you’re a pro when you wash cars in sandles and shorts 👍🏻 awesome video thank you for the tips 🙌❤️
Thanks Tina!
Especially when getting onto a tailgait with rusty nails...😬🙈 Take good care of yourselves, guys! And check your tetanus vaccination status! ♥️

But great vid! And happy Father’s Day everyone!

I’ve seen a lot of dirty cars in the Dublin / Hilliard/ Upper Arlington area but you find to detail the worst!! Salute 🫡. 💯💯✊🏾✊🏾🔥🔥

My guess was whoever had it previously cleaned the carpets and didn't allow it to dry completely... just a thought
Do you ever put down a protective layer maybe a shine coat on the interior after using your APC? Or is you APC a cleaner/protectant?
Question. Which vacuum do you use? How much peak hp and where you get it ? Thanks
Vacmaster beast, link in bio. It isn’t as powerful or big as you would think

what were you putting on the microfiber pad to get the rest of the brake dust off?

Goo Gone maybe? I think they even make one specifically for leather applications
If someone were to want to start getting into detailing, what would be some good starting tips for gear and all of that?
I have a question. What if ypu have heated and electric seats. Can you still wash them like this ?
Shop Vac - for picking up that "larger smaller" debris. Funny!

something that would help you out so much I call it a tornado gun but it makes things so much easier and faster as a detailer.
What did you use to clean the wheel. I have spots that I can’t get out like that.
Iron remover! Works great on baked in brake dust. Spray it. Let it sit for 5 min and get the scrubing

3m eraser wheel attached to a drill. Paint won’t be effected

what moderately priced extractor besides a bissell would you recommend ?
Sandia has one and Adam’s did as well (it’s a Sandia)
