      He is as equally tough as he is kind, when crossed. I had the accidental pleasure of meeting him (off duty 😁) a few years ago. He is a great guy and I am always stoked at the happy coincidence of knowing him and seeing him here on Mike's channel.

      Agree with Min ^^^. The last man should not be made fun of even though the SovCit rhetoric may sound the same, he's not a SovCit.
      I have some guesses what he may have but it's not appropriate for me to speculate. Believe it of not this man might be "rehabilitated" using psych meds. I am not a big fan of meds for everybody but I've seen some meds work miracles with some individuals who otherwise could not function appropriately around others. Judge Simpson seems right on top of things.

    The Uniform Code of Military Justice of Military Justice (UCMJ) only applies to active duty service members or active reserves and National Guard on active duty. In addition, it does not supersede civilian courts of law. If active duty personnel commit civilian offenses, they are subject to jurisdiction of the appropriate court. Military personnel can NOT choose UCMJ instead of civilian court. I’m sure either his attorney or appropriate mental health professional will explain this to the defendant.

    When he said not competent I went "okay."... then he start with the sovcit stuff and I went "oh no I see where this is going." anybody that believes the sovcit rhetoric is certainly not competent. The judge literally did him a favor. If the sovcit script is allowed into evidence it will certainly complicate his life and ruin his chances of a favorable verdict.

    • @YukoValis
      @YukoValis 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      when I think of "not competent" I think of someone actually with some kind of mental issue or inability to understand the proceedings. Sov-cits on the other hand can understand, they just refuse to. So I would label most sov-cits as competent to stand trial, just incompetent to logic and common sense.

    • @Vaelosh466
      @Vaelosh466 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@YukoValis My understanding is that part of competence is the ability of the defendant to understand the proceedings well enough to make rational decisions in their own defense, especially whether or not to plead guilty or innocent since that's Constitutionally protected as a decision of the defendant. I don't know what the guy was ranting about but I heard him mention the UCMJ, so I'm wondering if their line of thinking is that he doesn't know what laws or court he's being tried in so he can't make those decisions rationally.

    There are many States ( Texas for instance ) where a court monitor goes thru the codes of conduct before the live court session & if anyone is improperly attired, in bed, not stationary, smoking, eating or not visible they warn them to get that way and if they don’t they are booted out.
    I don’t know why Michigan is so lenient. They wouldn’t permit them in a live courtroom half dressed or not dressed, smoking, eating etc and it’s not related to efficiently as the Texas courts process just as many cases as Michigan courts daily. At least Judge Simpson refused the defendant who was undressed. Unlike the female Judge in your earlier post.

    You know what I'm going to say, Mike. Mental hospital for treatment. And not just this guy. All of them. It's that simple. They should make me a Judge for a week. They would have to build more mental hospitals. And I'm not being mean. It really is sad. I lived with my sister and her husband for 11 years. I took care of my mom for 18 years, until she passed from lung cancer. She was with me when I moved in with my sister and her husband. My mom died at the end of the first year at my sister's and I stayed with them because they are both disabled, to help them. Her husband was recently ordered to enter a mental hospital for one year. So, I have seen this behavior first hand. Hope this guy gets the help he needs. Love you guys. Keep it up.

    you missed a great one. I'm not sure if it was today's or an old squishy garnder video, but a lady 9 months on probation never visited, never did a drug test, never paid a fine, never checked in, and simpson gave her 364 days in county.

    At least Mr. Anderson wasn't taking a shower. That should count for something. I am wondering is Mr. Anderson went to buy some new clothes for court?

    Mr. Pacek appears to have a grasp of Sovcit doctrine equal to the highest luminaries of the movement.

    He's clearly not competent to stand trial. Heck I don't think he's competent to stand in a Walmart checkout line

      Do you have a psychiatrist or psychologist degree? If not you are not competent to say someone else is incompetent .

      @@mircat28 Do I really need to be a mental health health professional to spot nonsense when it's that blatant? I mean if you were driving down the road and there was a grinding noise coming from your transmission, even if you weren't a mechanic, you would know that something is wrong with your car. You might not know exactly what, but you would know that it's not working the way it should.

    They don't get the memo about a lot of things, that's why they are in court. If they don't have enough sense to wear clothing, they need help. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. People need to put clothes on, it goes back to Adam and Eve, ain't nobody wantin' to see my junk, ain't nobody wantin' to see their junk either.
