after a miscarriage if it doesn't complete naturally you have to have DNC or DNE deppending on how far along the pregnancy was and her loss occured in the second trimester so it would be a DNE {dialation and Evacuation} because the baby had evolved to far when it stoped developing to have the other kind of surgery and the other could've been reconstructive to strengthen the womb for when she did conceive again so the same wouldn't happen this little miracle brings out their love more vividly

it's normal to have surgery after a miscarriage to remove the deceased baby and maybe the second was reconstructive cause depending on how far along the first miscarriage was the surgery to remove it could've damaged her uterus. they so deserve this both of them adore children so you know their going to be doting parents
