When a patient says they can't breathe, it means they can't breathe well and are in trouble, that they feel an impending doom. All emergency personal, that includes paramedics, police, firemen, nurses, doctors, are all trained to know that when a patient says that you should go on Full Alert to Save them as they may die. I have been a nurse for over 43 yrs, part of which I am an FNP. To try to discredit when a person says I can not breathe is being knowingly evil.

When a patient says they can't breathe, it means they can't breathe well and are in trouble, that they feel an impending doom. All emergency personal, that includes paramedics, police, firemen, nurses, doctors, are all trained to know that when a patient says that you should go on Full Alert to Save them as they may die. I have been a nurse for over 43 yrs, part of which I am an FNP. To try to discredit when a person says I can not breathe is being knowingly evil.
