LED Laptops are a much costlier option than LED tablets, so in this case tablet would be a better deal. Coming to iPad Pro vs S10 Ultra - If you're an IOS user I'd suggest go with iPad. But if you're willing to switch or are an android user I'd suggest go for S10 Ultra as it's coming with updates upto 8 years and a very fast processor.
