Most of these rules are for the peace and safety of a common person. In Germany, it seems, rules are faithfully enforced, even though many seem to us as now redundant. In India rules are there but they are broken with impudence. Enforcement is poor.

Apne yaha to koi MP MLA mantri k bete ki complaint nai kar skta. Bade ghar ki shaadi hai to garib ko use karega. Police apni tanashahi karenge. Ye sab rules discipline nahi hai islye hai. They are just the rules that are on paper. I am living in germany since 5 years and i have travelled lot of times without ID and once i was stopped by police just because i was by chance at an area with less people and i looked different being an indian so the police asked that what i was i doing there but i just simply said that i was a student and travelled germany with a student visa and they believed me and it was all cool. That happened a long time ago with me and i have a tonn of german frnds and even they also say that its all cool its not too much serious but yes its good if we follow the rules but other than that there is nothing to be afraid of.

German Government didn't find any difference between swastika and Nazi symbol and it quite obvious they are not belongs to sanatan dharma. that's why they banned it.
So it doesn't means these symbols are represented as one .
