My iphone says phone unavailable try again 15 minutes. Then at the bottom says emergency. Thing is though i havent used it for a week its been turned off for a week i havent typed in any wrong passcode as i havent used it a week so what could be causing it
my iphone need to be is in iphone unavailable mode , I have tried the itune recovery mode but itwanta an update of ios 16.5.1of which ive tried but it again demand the latest itunes version which keeps on failing keeping on remaminding me of the itunes latest version kindly assist

@@MrSaunders but I forgot my passcode that’s the thing and if I put it to dfu mode after I put it in dfu mode it still says try again in 15 minutes pls help me reset my iPhone se to factory settings so I can erase all content and settings
New apple software on Verizon has serious problem. Easily hacked. Confirm in Verizon you are not set up to allow porting of your number. They’ll take over account.

My iPhone says 8hrs.. past 8hrs then went again doesn’t even let me go to emergency
Mines doing the same, how did you fixed it?
On i believe 15.2 and newer you can tap reset and enter your pasward then your device will be reset and yo can set it up again
Yeah that shows “iPhone unavailable”
there is an option that says 'erase Ipad' instead of 'emergency' and its been 2 hours but it is still saying try again in 15 minutes

Go into emergency, then back out, and the timer will go down.
