As someone who actually has a mild case of prosopagnosia, the best waz I describe it to people is that someones face for me is like website with really bad interntet connection and it loads piece by piece. I 'learn' peoples faces rather than memorize them and depending on how distinctive ones face is or how familiar I am with them it 'loads' faster.
Intereting fact is that a lot of cartoonists have some level of prosopagnosia, including myself.

You know, who'd think for as much thought as Araki puts into his characters, he would put that much effort into planning out his own story.
I think that’s got advantageous traits however, in that it’s less predictable and can develop in a organic, chaotic manner more suitable to a serial that requires exciting mini arcs. There’s a certain logic behind it.
The one thing that did annoy me was Sandman’s heel turn, which working for president valentine didn’t make sense for a character who only wanted money, and to trust him to make good on his deal. I felt he worked better as a third party who had no loyalty to either side then a throwaway antagonist.
