Yeah that was a design choice I made at the start of the channel. I feel like subtitles aren't part of the cinematic experience. The downside is sometimes not quite catching what was said
Yeah, tough choice. I appreciate not having them for the favorable cinematic experience and lack of distraction. I ESPECIALLY appreciate eliminating, or keeping to a minimum, fight scenes. A few seconds of cutscenes for skirmishes with a large group are fine, but I ABHOR long light sabre duels - well, unless they involve Satele. :). Again, a few seconds are fine (with me), but for what it’s worth, having them eliminated is my preference. Oh, and keeping the background music to the level you selected is also really appreciated. But yeah, catching on with the names can be difficult at first, but after awhile and months of immersion, it works out.
The only thing I DO NOT LIKE is that the person started a romance with Lana only to betray the side she’s on. Only looking for one night stands, are we? -_- And on top of that, you tell them to not jeopardize their truce when you betrayed them by making those adjustments. Other than that, you made some good choices…For the most part.
I'm not 100% sure Lana is on any particular side. I like the idea of star crossed lovers on different sides of a conflict. This is the early stage of their relationship and it grows over the coming expansions. By the end Lana and the Outlander are loyal to each other and their own cause.

Thanks! I'm super glad you are enjoying them. I honestly cannot remember what that lightsaber is. It was over a year ago I recorded this and a lot has happened since. I'm certain it was not intentional to use that one though and it just so happened to be the one the game told me to use. 😁

I don’t understand - is this the Hero of Tython or the Alliance Commander? In the fandom site, both characters have roles that meld in Shadow of Revan…where does the Hero end or disappear, and where does the Commander appear and carry on? These characters seem like they’re retconned in to force some narrative; their exploits ‘feel’ like things Revan could have done. Or worse, originally had done but had gotten rewritten such that the Hero and Commander now does… Something stinks; there are storylines/timelines that aren’t consistent. What’s going on?
@ronjon7942 I believe the devs originally considered the Hero of Tython and the Outlander (Alliance Commander) to be one and the same when crafting the story. The problem is that the longer the game's overall narrative gets, the exponentially more difficult it is to maintain a divided focus on eight different main characters. While they technically managed to create a scenario where any of them theoretically could become the Outlander (Alliance Commander), I think the actual cannon timeline for the Star Wars Galaxy goes something like this. After the events of the base-game, 6 of the eight protagonists have basically achieved their respective happy endings, and as such exit the overall narrative to live their own lives mostly (maybe not completely) unaffected by the rest of the story. Meanwhile, the Hero of Tython and the Emperor's Wrath (Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior protagonists respectively) continue to drive the progression of the story due to the story of both characters having strong ties to Emperor Vitiate. This continues until right after Vitiate destroys Ziost and then fuses back entirely with his Valkorion persona. (Therefore, gathering all of his newfound power into a single host.) Sometime after, the Hero of Tython gets frozen in carbonite to become the Outlander, while the Emperor's Wrath dies (or disappears to be presumed dead) defending the Empire from Zakul's armies. (The latter doesn't take part in the initial failed expedition to Wild Space, but the former does, hence becoming the one to drive the story forward past the 5-year time skip.)

Yeah it was a little bit. I remember there being a line on the Sith Warrior where he mentions reading about Revan or something. That was more realistic. Although we gotta remember it did happen around 400 years prior. A lot has happened since :D
Cinema Forge is doing prep-work for Knights of the Fallen Empire, because during the 5-year time skip that turns the Hero of Tython into the Outlander, Lana becomes the one person who spends the entire time skip relentlessly working to break him out of his carbonite prison. Once she succeeds in rescuing him, they almost never leave each other's side throughout the whole rest of the expansions. (As such, from a narrative standpoint, their romance arc is the longest and has the most content in the game by this point, for better or worse.) Kira meanwhile (to the dismay of lots of fans of the game) is basically MIA until Echoes of Oblivion, trying to make sure Immortal Emperor Tenebrae/Vitiate/Valkorion can never return again after said story arc.

What makes me angry is what some stories in this game such as this one cannot be finished solo. That's why I'm here to watch the rest of it.
