I would have watched the video until the end, but the white colored translation against his white gi made it hard to read. Of course my eyes are not what they once we're, nevertheless you may want to switch the color to something other than white.

I am 71 and Sensei Takara is 91. He tells me each time I train with him to use more power and then shows me how much more power he has than I do. He says ... "Koshi"

It's all depend on the people, not the tool, for my self, yes it works.
And dont compare it with if situation that include gun in fight
for god sake, want to fight just go and fight. karate is an art. Stop this street fight validity comparsion.
