This is a little disturbing ! It goes to show how it's more about making money , than providing assistance or a cure . Rather than invest in finding something new , let's just copy what someone else has done .

Hey Doctor could we get a video on how to deal with and combat the cognitive decline? Comprehension element especially. What do you recommend? Any supplements? Any tricks? Anything?
Should do this study with generic Ampyra.

I am wondering if the change in Gilenya may have changed when they started giving me a generic form causing me to have new and worsening symptoms of my MS 😞
That is a genuine concern of mine as well.

Gaaahhh... cliffhanger!
I was on Gilenya for about 10 years until i was switched to the generic form known as fegona. After 6 months my lymphocyte count started going up, got some disease activity that i never had before. Thats when I told my dr i no longer want to be on fingolimod and switched to Ocrevus. Ive been on O for about 2 months now and i cant be sure if it is working for me yet, but i feel a lot more confident in O than i did with Fegona.

I’m also interested in the risk of PML with the biosimilar for Natalizumab? Have they looked at the efficacy of extended interval dosing for the biosimilar if the patient is JCV + (or, if the patient is JCV-, like me, and wants the reduced PML risk from proactively moving to EID)? It seems to me that PML is rare enough (thankfully) that a study with 200-ish patients isn’t sufficient. Thanks!
I didn’t realize Tysabri is a biologic, and I’ve been on it. Do they alter your immune system somehow as I was never allowed to return to it.

I tried Gilenya and the first dose made me sick as a dog! Doctor decided I was possibly allergic, but it took 3 days to recover from that first dose.
