I am grateful that I have been able to attend 4 conferences since December 2020-all online, and got rewarding experiences from each one. Including teaching new things.
Thanks for this video. I’m first of all grateful to have found this video that will help me write my class essay on how to increase team’s moral. I’m also grateful for this world, this ability to share things to each other on the internet and youtube.
I'm grateful for the creativity and resourcefulness that the pandemic continues to draw out of me. It's forcing me to be in new virtual spaces, and to navigate them to the best of my ability with the help of family, friends, colleagues, and virtual mentors like Mr. Littlefield! :) With that said, although I'm grateful that I'm now a 'pixelnaut', I'm even more grateful that throughout it all, I still have peace of mind and spirit.
Hey Chad! Awesome content of using gratitude in organizations. I think many times we forget to give thanks to employees for their help in producing or service to our clients. Also to share an update, I've been using prompts (a foam finger since I do work with middle school students) in my Zoom events as you suggested to change it up a bit. It has brought up questions, comments in chat and made the events more engaging! I'll soon be using the color coding from the previous magicians technique you mentioned! Today I'm grateful for the opportunity to reflect back on my previous work/ education experiences, see where I can improve, and work on improving 1% daily! Also, you mentioned positive psychology! That's another branch besides I/O psych that I'd love to learn more about! Any books you recommend? Thanks Chad!!
I started doing 10 things i'm grateful for every morning after I listened to Bob Proctor. He practically lived by the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
I am grateful for everything in my life...

Gratitude is is grounding. It changes your attitude almost immediately. And it's much less effort that 30 minutes of intense cardio haha.
