I'm fairly new to Chad, his methods and We! Connect Cards etc... but having used the cards recently in a workshop for a SLT summit, and now watching his content, I am more and more impressed. Absolutely stellar work!

it is almost like you were reading my mind! I have been search for a great video to include in facilitation training for our youth volunteers and this one covers everything I have been looking for!!!!!
Haha!! I thought that folks would be ramping up team/staff training as the fall approaches, so I recorded this video to be an IDEAL micro-facilitator training. Extra powerful to block off an hour. Start with the video, and pause throughout to discuss and debrief. Or have everybody take notes on their takeaways then all discuss at the end 👍👍
