Bought a pair of Celine boots. Did try them on once at my mat. Now you claim they are damaged and won’t refund my money, without any proof. Reading at your Instagram it is obvious I am not alone in this experience. Terrible terrible experience, I have been buying online for more than 25 years, and at no time have I been this badly treated and ripped off in such a way. 😓 Please take caution when buying from this place, I will for sure not do it again.
