I think the answer to that would be dependent on the captain and the weather. I take my boat on large bodies of water when the weather allows it. However I have never boated on the ocean with my boat. Never will. She will stay in fresh water.
It pulls fine but we had to get a raised hitch to keep the tongue of the boat higher. I now use a Ford Expedition primarily for towing and it works way better.

Seems to be good design, and i think its stable hull but that open bow is problem when using it in sea and rough conditions
