Just an FYI to everyone, the Emergency Stop Button comes shipped in the down position so you have to release it before you can operate the laser or you will get Error 8, Error 9 and Error 18. Also, The 3 (wires by the x-axis limit switch) right (ground), then red, then black, the left connector is open. If you switch these your laser head will jam into your Home corner and bounce. Also, if you change your measurements on the board to inches, make sure your speed is also changed, mine remained mm and it created another error jog.
Love the addition of the drag chain. It's definitely very much like the LM2 but you guys made the upgrades that we had to make at home.. Even better for beginners! Very nice!!

Hello, I bought and received today, 01/16/2022, an Ortur master 2 pro SF with the rotating roller. in my package there was no instruction manual, but I followed the youtube tutorials and assembled the machine. But the machine only moves in one direction, it moves left and up-down. Please help me to solve this. The software I used was LaserGRBL.
Hi. I just purchased the Master Laser 2 pro and have completed the construction. I am having trouble getting it to connect to my laptop pc. been trying for 2 days with no luck. I have downloaded the drivers as well as GRBL and lightburn, but nothing. the laser turns on and goes to the home position but thats it. is there any help that you could maybe offer please?
Just found this out. You have to choose, once the firmware is loaded and the drivers are recognized you will be able to choose. Mine was on COM4. They are failing to show us a lot of things. I just listed some major ones I spent 2 days dealing with, one being the Emergency Stop button comes depressed during shipment.

Screw this video.. I had to look up photos to confirm that they put one of the x-axis sides on backwards…. That was confusing for NO reason
