I was 13 when SOR3 hit. I then waited till i was 39 for part 4. Ridiculous wait. But i hadn't been that excited for a game release since i was a kid. Now part 5 come before im 65.
Dude, fighting forces was such a blast on the ps1 I would never guess it was from the Street of rages devs. mind you, I was a kid when I played and still remember how cool was that boss in the building. Street of rage 4 was such a shock when was announced, the new art direction really help to bring people also it has a Mobile port on Google store " Do you guys have phones? right ?" 😂❤
Additional/tidbit, according Bodor Geek on TH-cam, Street of Rage 4 supposedly was released on Sega Dreamcast in early 2000's, unfortunately the game release was scrapped because one of Sega of America staff didn't know about own game
Talk about the character roster, this game make me think that "this is more than enough. No need to remake Dr. Zan even tho he appear as cameo". Like his moveset most likely still the same like SoR3 or re-utilize like in SoRR
SOR4 set the bar so high for me when it comes to beatemups its been hard to find another one that compares besides like Fight N Rage. Theres a couple of upcoming games that look like they may scratch that itch though
From what i know, in Sega remake project include Streets of Rage but in 3D. Even just a glimpse, but it very clearly that it was Axel Stone moving in 3D environment Is Sega intrigued or kinda regret with Core Design proposal all this time?

My only problem with SOR4 is I wish the elevator stage soundtrack was longer. Best track in the game. Awesome game!
6:40 I said it before and I'm saying it again. Axel has 236 frames of animation, Galsia has 43 frames of animation.

This game is so good it had the honor of being the first game I got 100% of achievements for on Steam.
