Hydra did Bucky's hair better. It was layered, slightly bleached and curled. After Bucky left Hydra, his hair is thick, dark and shapeless.

when I watched the first captain America I thought Bucky was the cutest thing. and then he died and I was sad. who knew the guy I loved would turn out to be such a huge part of the franchise

I think it‘s better for buckys mind but I like him more with long hair. I love bucky being a strong soldier including the winter soldier him. He went from an strong as hell assassin with a badass name to a dude with a metal arm to a dude that has to go therapy. Don‘t get me wrong I still love him bt it just isn‘t the winter soldier anymore, just a dude with a metal arm what I think is pretty sad.
I still remember when I watched catfa for the first time, and Bucky showed up and... I just didn't know. I didn't know that I would fall so foolishly in love with him.

Just a reminder that this man apologised for knocking the containment cage door down during the filming of civil war, cried at the end of Toy Story 3, and said the worst part of playing Bucky was the fact his pants fell down sometimes becuase they were heavy and that Scarlett accidently kept pulling his hair in the fight scene in DC.
