He wakes up at the same morning except it's implied that if he dies this time, he dies for real, and thus to save his family he has to use everything he learned perfectly. It never shows him doing that, it just shows him saying, "piece of cake," and then it ends. Thought some people would want to know that! The more ambiguous ending is shown on Prime and TH-cam premium as far as I know.

guan yin was *basically* a dynasty warriors character, complete with yelling your own name/ID every five minutes. she's my favourite character in this film honestly and the crazy sword physics and moves she does are some of the best stuff here

It's a win-win-lose-neutral in Roy's case, he either: *A* gets sent back to when he wakes up and just does everything all over again and continues his life as normal, *B* Gets in and gets out of the machine and continues on with his day, with both A and B having him meeting up with Joe and living a happy life, *C* he gets completely obliterated, or *D* Resets his life and has to do everything all over again, but will pretty much end with the same effect as A and B, but you also have to consider that all of these options keep the (implied) space-time continuum in check.
I'm surprised that Roy never got his hands on any drugs. Like if I was trapped in a time-loop in the city I'd find the local dealers and do their _entire_ stash before doing even half of this shit.
Probably wouldn't make it on account of being tracked by mercenaries until you figured that out. After that it'd just get old and boring after a while. Diminishing marginal return. Its not physically possible to not eventually get bored.
