- We spent a day at Sol Y Mar Beach Club in Roatán, Honduras during our Royal Caribbean cruise on Jewel of the Seas. Our initial reservation was made onboard through the Royal Caribbean app, but when we arrived and found out that it was for the "Rockstar" side of the beach, we paid to upgrade to all-inclusive. I hope you enjoy the day - we had a lot of fun. So much fun that if it weren't for John noticing, I would have left my purse on the pier!

I'd love to meet you someday. Looks like fun. I'm doing 16 day Panama canal cruise in April, probably solo. A little nervous ( I've done 6 solo) but you were the one that helped me through that.
Please say hi if you ever spot me on a ship! My solo Panama Canal cruise was a huge adventure and is still one of the best cruising memories I have. No need to be nervous (just careful if you get off the ship in Colombia).

It was definitely a fun day! I went to bed early for a couple nights in a row but was back to normal by the last day of this cruise 😴

We did not notice any sand fleas while we were there, although I saw the same in reviews from others. Thanks for watching!
just curious if they offered multiple times to go back to port if you wanted to leave the beach early?
They didn't - there was only one ride back.
So did the ship promote it as all-inclusive when you booked it?? I'm glad you guys ended up enjoying the day!!!
We thought that the app said the excursion was all-inclusive, but were probably wrong since there were multiple options. I believe Carnival was on the all-inclusive side that day and Royal Caribbean was on the "Rockstar" side. Very happy they let us upgrade, and thankful we saw your video about the place before arriving in port!
Did they have jet skis for rent

The upgrade was $30 each, $60 total. Have a great time if you're heading there!
