BuCor Chief assures demolition of 'kubols' inside NBP completed by end of August

Bureau of Corrections Chief Gregorio Catapang Jr. ordered inmates inside New Bilibid Prison to demolish their kubol until today, August 21.
However, prisoners took no action so NBP personnel will initiate the demolition.
