Don't adopt sisters baby, she'll stalk you to the ends of the earth, she can enlist the help of the babies father in having him/her removed from your custody, this is a terrible idea let this one go find a loving anonymous family.

No. If they get her baby and she finds out,their life will be hell. She will be on them constantly. Texting,calling, showing up at the door. She'll tell everyone(including the kid) that the kid is hers and go back to the lie that the kid is OPs hubby's love child. Or that they stole/tricked her to get the kid. She will find out. Grandma will tell someone. That kind of news travels fast.
I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but I really dislike the word "trip".
