Is this the same thing as stabilizer bar link/sway bar link? Auto shops have two different products, and every video I watch says: sway bar, and some say stabilizer bar. Which is it? I don't want the wrong parts.

I just put new sway bar links on 2004 Ford Escape now I have a bad vibration???

Can you change one by jacking one wheel or do you need to jack the whole front up?
