Oh Becca, you crack me up. I love how you didn't know what croquet was in your face was priceless. I enjoyed here Mama Nancy there with you explaining it to you. You look really happy today. God bless you. See you Friday
Hello! I hope you have had a joyful and creative day. I just got to sit down to watch your video. I just want you to know that I enjoy your channel content and always find it interesting. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead. Thank you for sharing your video and your talent.
OMG Becca! ROTFLMAO! "What's croquet?" Girl, it's what every family had to get the kids outside and playing after church on Sunday - sometimes the Sunday school teacher would have a game set up and would do the lesson while the kids were hitting the balls through these wire "hoops" - often rusty! It goes along with making hand cranked ice cream (not with the electric machine), snapping green beans and cutting okra. I'm still laughing - cricket is sort of the English version of baseball - we just played baseball.
You are the funniest of funny Becca you just make me a giggle every time I listen to you croquet Becca croquet not crochet I just have to laugh at you thank you so much for doing this video today I need your sense of humor and I’m sure there are many others out there that do also in these crazy days that we’re living in thank you so much for the box opening I love love love the fabric and the patterns… Dibs
Well, in my defense - Natalie did type it as 'crochet' in the brochure, LOL. That's why I was confused...I was like 'how is "crochet" an outdoor sport, LOL I'll be making the pattern on a livestream!!
Becca, I am the same way about placemats, my family thinks I’m crazy because I put out vinyl ones for them to use and reset the table after dinner with the nice ones!🤷♀️ Looking forward to the table runner, think I will try to make a 4th of July table runner, looks fun and those were fun fabrics she picked!
Thanks for another great unboxing. You should use a clear vinyl table cloth on top of your table runner. I guess it would be a sewist’s version of what parents or grandparents had with plastic covered furniture. Oh, that squeaky sound! Yikes!
Thanks for being so natural. Croquet is for the gentry. Get your hub to google hurling in Ireland. It's known as the most skilful game on earth. Tom Hanks on a visit to Ireland was so fascinated by it he delayed his flight (he had his own jet) he wanted to see how the game ended. Becca back to sewing. I enjoy the box opening but sometimes there seem to be a lot of unnecessary items. When you say you will give items away that's an extra cost to you are you not allowed to return stuff? I don't know how these box subscriptions work.
As an Australian, I laughed at your thinking croquet was cricket. Baseball was based on cricket and rounders, both British ball games. Cricket has 2 batters on the field at all times, the opposition has the entire team on the field. There's 11 players per side, you have to get 10 batsmen out in order to change from fielding to batting. Cricket is a world game, played on every continent, competitions are international and local.

Another great video. Love the fabrics in your quilter box and your effervescent description. ❤️
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Love the pattern and fabrics
Love the whole table runner pattern booklet. I do use my placemats... If I made 'em, I'm gonna' enjoy 'em. Big hugs, Chel🌸
Great idea!!
I had a good laugh over your placemats. reminded me of my mom, she had a white table cloth and my brother in law spilled coffee on it everytime.
White can be bleached, even when it says not to.
Your shirt is too cute! 😍
This is a great box!
The pin wand reminds me of a bingo wand

Thanks for the tip!
another fun unboxing. i totally agree with you on letting people use pretty placemats. something i struggle with also.
Right?!
Hi Becca, I've been wanting a t-shirt like that one, wondering where you found it? Also, thanks for the unboxing video's 🙂💐
It's an old shirt from MSQC. They don't sell these anymore, but...stay tuned, because I might be releasing something inspired by this VERY soon!
You were not the only person I have watched that said Crochet and not Croquet lol that's the brain of a crafter/quilter!
Well, she did spell it crochet, not croquet. 😂
@@sewbecca Well there you go! Lol I love that though I probably would have read it the same way!
Get your self a clear pvc table cloth and throw it on over the pretty things before you put food on there. So handy!
That sounds like a great idea!

Love your t-shirt ! Where do you find it ?
This is a shirt that MSQC put out that's not longer available...but stay tuned. I have plans to launch a version of this shirt soon!

Nope, you can’t return the individual items - or even the box, I don’t think. I don’t mind paying the items forward to viewers as special giveaways!
Becca. How many subscription boxes do you get? Just wondering .
A few. :) you can see all the boxes I’ve received here: sewbecca.com/boxes

I've never really been into sports, lol! Glad that made you chuckle. :) :)
Please use your placemats and table runners. It’s only fabric. 😉😃😂
...and it's only thread. LOL :)
