I want this RV. The transit chassis (drive like a van), 2 lounge areas, cool, glossy/ euro cabinets. I love that the sofa converts to extra sleeping space. I would love to be able to take a friend with or my son (age 20) on RV trips. Most of those on the transit chassis don't have extra sleeping space. It's also great for a single parent.
I agree this is nice, but would love to know the CCC. That sofa that converts to a bed, I hope your son is under 5 ft tall. Hard for a grown person to sleep on that. The murphy bed is nice, but if you had to boondock in a Walmart where are you going to sleep? You can't use your slides. I wish they could just come up with one where you could actually sleep if that happens.
Thor makes stand-out gorgeous coaches, this one's another beauty! Also like the bathroom door set-up, it really does greatly expand the entire rear slide area. I wouldn't drive this RV on rough wooded campsite roads (unless there are kids to annoy ;) but would definitely take it on vacation sightseeing trips. 👍
I saw that on your web page a day or so ago and couldn't wait for your walk around video. This is an awesome little bugger. I like the colors and the convenience and all around feel. Big when it needs to be and small when you're driving. Bet it'd easily pass the Crackerbarrel test to because you go hang your "butt honker" over the parking. Smart rig.
This footage ALMOST didn't even get published. Some folks started a purchase on it while I was recording. I went ahead and finished up since I was half done. The next day they decided to change to a towable RV. Glad I didn't quite ½ way thru!
Great execution.... especially for a small motorhome. And the fit and finish looks much better than average. Great idea on the rear lounge.....I think maybe it could have been done a little better.....can see those bed supports causing some problems by accident 😆. Waiting for someone to do something like this but with a drop down bed similar to what's in the back of a toy hauler.
Was all excited that Thor had a new floorplan in the Transit based Compass/Gemini...then saw "used." Great condition, but still prefer new, with the TW the #1 floorplan. Can definitely see the heritage of the TR to the current day TW, same bed/bench module flipped from north/south to east/west with full wall slide now including the dining. Also, dry bath module improved with the move gaining larger shower and toilet angled for more knee room. Historically still has the same 3 immediate DIY projects to improve, as Thor kept the shortcomings. 1) Ditch the hanging shower curtain and install a retractable which is easier with the square shower in the TW, 2) remove the rigid, protruding, head knocking bed footers and install a foldable straight leg (like on early, non-motorized murphy beds), and 3) since Thor won't put a true murphy bed in the TW, keeping "industry exclusive" bench...convert to a sofa reducing seat depth with removable foam bolsters, and ne foam for seat if too hard. This is my #1 choice of floorplan in a tTransit chassis and no other manufacturer makes it with the possible exception of LTV Wonder RL, but not willing to wait 2 years. Three months for a new Compass/Gemini build is fine!

I"ve been looking hard at toy haulers, because I love to ride motorcycles, and have always viewed a toy hauler travel trailer as a base camp from which to explore North America...but something like this that can HAUL MY TOYS, and still use as a base camp isn't something I'd considered. I wanted an RV that would grow with my (soon to be family), once my fiancé comes home from deployment, we plan to buy something that we can tour around in on long weekends and vacay's. This would do that well.
My dream is to full time in a Class B. I do believe I could do it in this, Josh! One can dream. Someone better hurry up and buy this, you will probably never see another like this, folks! And the horn works!!! 👀😂🏳️🌈
Love the floorplan, however, imagine this same layout, but with a happyjack dropdown bed in the rear bedroom, and when its up, have a couch there. And then once you want the bed down, you just gotta fold the couch down like a jacknife sofa so its flat!

I appreciate it The graphic was actually a gift to me from a friend & is technically just a work in progress but perhaps it "means" more to me since it was gifted Basically a friend had a cartoonist work it up (and still finishing), digitizing, and giving me all rights. I thought that was pretty cool

How can you complement that rear couch with a straight face? You're leaning up against an unfinished bed bottom with two metal rails sticking out of it and you're sitting on what appears to be a pretty crappy looking cushion. Take a look at what Winnebago does with the Murphy beds. I mean what are these engineers at Thor doing? What would it cost to clean that mess up a little bit. Disgraceful
CURIOUS fact about these Euro vans. All of them, the MB, Transit & Promaster as motorhomes if you look on back you will find a tow bar stamped 5000 lb. HOWEVER, if you read the owners manual in the glovebox you'll find these vans actually have a MAX TOW CAPACITY of 3500. So, don't gauge your tow capacity with that tow bar. Actually after they mount a heavy coach onto these vans that eco engine is pretty tapped out. I wouldn't seriously think about pulling more than 1,000lbs you'll really be feeling it on hills. ! !

I have the 2018 version and it's awesome. Far better than the side slide & AWD versions.
Even noticed there was a litte bit of storage over the front cab.
