@@chadsproduce Oh for sure, but we have many types of fry sauces. Here in the Netherlands we even have our own size fries....lol. You have the French fries, which are skinny, you have the Belgium fries which are rough cut and big. And the Dutch size fry is a bit thicker as the French fries. We have what we call the snackbar, and their most dominant product is fries with a whole range of different meat snacks that are also fried, and ice cream and milkshakes of course. And mayonaise is the most populair sauce, it is a little more creamy as the fry sauce because it has more eggs in it, and it has a little less sour taste. And curry and sate sauce are also popular, and sometimes people want all the sauces on a single dish. Roughly translated that dish is called fries at war. But there is also a fry dish that is called Fries hair salon. Because a certain hair salon would always order the same fry dish with the same snacks, so the whole country adopted the dish name. hahaha we take our fries pretty seriously....lol

@@chadsproduce hahaha I had to look that up, and you are correct. But that was 52 years ago.
Lucin has problems. Namely water quality. People have destroyed plots of land by using too much of the well water without treating it. It’s cheap on paper, but is not easy.
It’s also 90 minutes away from the nearest gas station, and didn’t have cell service until 2023 (highly surprising).

Very good comment. I will say you can get gas 30 minutes away in Montello, along with a burger bar and small town vibes. but yes Lucin seemed like a huge challenge.
