You just really helped me put some pieces of my puzzle together. Thank you. I just started working with an endocrinologist who I hope will sort out what other doctors have not understood. This is complicated stuff! I'm learning that I have to understand in order to know how to explain my own issues and you just connected some dots for me, which I truly appreciate.
Hello, I am 24 years old, my ACTH value is constantly high between 250 and 350, and cortisol is around 30, but I do not have Cushing's disease. What could be the reason?
wow really deep and knowledgeable video..im currently having some nerve issues also nothing painful but my left upper eyelid and index finger is twitching alot uncontrollably..
Yes thank you because I got two doctors who once that I need the stem test and the other ones that I don't and she said because of the cortisone is always been normal that is not Addison disease so I don't know who to believe here then I seen another one and he said everything normal But that one blood work it is very high it's like 148 with a normal cortisone
Can stopping trt abruptly cause adrenal problems?seem like all hell broke loose when my test crash.. Back on and still feel like crap?Literally could feel me right kidney twitching and spasming couldn’t not sleep more than 3 or 4 hours. No matter what saliva glands stop working also mouth constantly dry any suggestions?
I’m sorry to hear what you’re going through but I don’t know enough about your case or you to give you advice. That would be a better question for your doctor.

Sorry, I figure if there are parts that people need to hear again they can replay that part. Also, I put marker caps on and take them off because too many times the exposed marker has hit my shirt and stained it, or occasionally a marker gets dropped and hits my shirt. That being said, thank you for watching.

So good👍
Thank you 😋
If I have persistent high cortisol or irregular ACTH production could that cause random sharp painful nerve pain throughout the body?
I imagine it could. An endocrinologist or neurologist could give you better information

What do it mean with high ACTH and normal cortisol levels???
Could be a number of things, such as Addison’s disease, tumor, genetic conditions. This is not meant to be medical advice

I’m not sure what this means
