B2B’s benefit is its speed. You might get the most margin with Destructive Play and the juice you mention but it didn’t feel like the highest T17 yield per hour.

I'm 100% sure they're changing T17s next league since it was never their plan for them to be so much *harder* than the Uber Bosses that they're supposed to be the "Stepping stone" towards. Makes me sad, as T17 map farming with Flicker Strike Trickster was the only enjoyment I got out of this league. But hey, hopefully the game itself will be in a much better state so it won't matter.
Thanks for the great guide. I've a question. How does favoured maps affect t17s drop rate? I run jungle valley with your strat. With Dunes in the all favourite slots I have big big t17s drops. But when i switch slots to Strand or Toxic Sewer seems like t17s drop rate falls down mandatory.
I saw your video yesterday, until now I am testing this form, I had 2 question, I would be happy if you could answer it. 1) i have about 10 extra node (atlass skills), its good idea i take all [2% chance for one Monster in each of your Maps to drop an additional connected Map] nodes? Do these nodes have an effect on the dropping of unique, T17, elder/shaper, etc. maps? Or just normal T1 to T16 maps? Or should I get scarab nodes? 2) in [Toxic Sewer] we can find [Ziggurat - T17] but in [Dunes] we can find [Fortress- T17] which [Fortress- T17] has a better price and sells faster. So wouldn't it be better to use the [Dunes] map instead of [Toxic Sewer]? Let me put my question another way, why did you choose this map [Toxic Sewer] ?
A year and a half ago the game was...very different. Tanky might have been a bit of a stretch but it was relatively comfortable in softcore at the time. There has been so much power creep, especially on the monster side, requiring much more defense than we used to for comfort. The game evolves very quickly and builds have to evolve with it.

Farming T17s my main focus now that my builds a lot stronger, but I feel like I still might need to rely on shrines and headhunter buffs to rush the boss. They are OP! Even with a mageblood its baffling. I'm playing LA deadeye. I might drop my artillery ballista for a 6 linked manaforged arrows. I use it to gain frenzy charges now but its by itself. Mapping has been mostly fine as long as I don't put any nasty allflames on. I tried meatsack on a T17 and bruhs thats nuts. I wanna know what kinda health multiplier that gives cause its ridiculous. In those areas I might wanna trade spread for power. Those haunted modifiers I thought about maybe specing into "less effect" on the atlas skill tree, but idk how bad that might NERF loot. 🫤 Sorry for the rant. 😊
Does the drawn to power atlas node not work with horned scarab of pandemonium? i figured that would net more chances at atlas boss spawning thus more maps
No shrines in Back to Basics maps. If you want to stick with shrines you can go for the Terror scarab instead. It just doesn’t scale as well. But easier.
I think it's a bit misleading to say the pandemonium scarab is 17 c. If you want to buy 1 scarab at a time it is yes, but most people don't have more than a couple of them, so you have to trade a ton of times to get them, or pay a large markup, like 25c + each, or 4 per 1 divine (maybe the prices already jumped up again since I'm a bit late). Unless I'm missing the better way to buy these without paying a massive markup to get multiple in one trade. Would love if you showed how you bought your scarabs in the future. Thanks.
While technically true that there is a range on scarab costs based on bulk vs single purchasing, it’s not misleading to site one of those prices. Also 8c won’t make or break the margins on this.
@@GankoInitiative I run sanctuary because it is also 0.5 div/map cheaper than fortress and has the 2 most expensive fragments in standard, and the dark seer which is 20 div in standard. Assuming you can handle the boss, overall running fortress is better only better on divination barrel farming, otherwise sanctuary is the best just for the cheaper, frags and for most builds faster layout.
if i remove al the shaper/conquer map modes wil it reduce my normal t17 or 8 mob favoured map drops? because i am on standard and those maps dont sell for anything
I remove them when I run 17s for 16s. I haven’t tested it extensively enough to know if some of them are getting converted to 17s when running 16s. Run some batches of both ad report back :-)

If you re sustaining on t16 with the 8mod scarab , you dont need to take chiselled perfection , since your maps wont have quality . Regardless verry nice strategy , thank you
True, while you are in the T16s you can drop it because most but some aren't quality. Then ya wanna remember to add it back in the T17. Or you can keep it and forget it which was kinda the point of Sub's all-in one template (just change 1 point singular focus).

Can’t do Maven on B2B so ya gotta pick one. Maven is slower with higher upside and is a good change of pace. B2B is better T17 yield and a fun fast pace.
If you are running T16-T17 , why u put higher map tier chance nodes on atlas, as it says T1-15 chance to become 1 tier higher, not working for T16 or T17, if im wrong let me know, kind of noob :D
Bro....grab the "Boss has wildwood wisps if map is cleared" node...i ran the exact same thing to farm up maps. The wisps really help with the boss drops!

Best t17 sustain strategy I played yet, but got two nameless seers in a row and both didnt appear because of pandemonium bug :D

Community CHALLENGE: try and get 4 T17s to drop on the same screen. Happens occasionally in the boss room.

Why do u spec into removing specific extra content nodes if back to basics removes extra content? Or do u run another strategy with same tree?

You will want to be able to blast through map bosses since the map will be full of them.

Open layout is good for some builds, brothers gift is great but not great density and Sanctuary not as valuable as Ziggurat or Fortress.

Favoriting is okay either way. Just DONT take singular focus when farming for T17s and DO when farming for your preferred T16 8Mod.

You can still get nearly the same result by only using B2B on the T16s. Unspec B2B and use that point to get Singular Focus when you run the T17s.

Singular focus decrease the chance of t17s to drop, got it from some guy on Reddit

I have noticed the bottom mob density slot is almost always abyss but not sure if it’s unintended or changed.
The lantern is what is providing the abyss mob. It’s not part of the back to basics.
Chiselled Perfection is useless if your maps have 0% quality.
This is a shared atlas that also runs T17s that can have quality.
