@@Pine-sq2ll Thats my only gripe with Tristan. He has an impressive collection of pops but cant name half of them. Collecting should be about what you like, not just randomness for the sake of collecting. It especially bothers me because he doesnt watch 90% of the anime pops he collects so he is missing out on their significance. Just keeping it real. I still like his content, just wish he would at least educate himself on the stuff he collects if he didnt already know ahead of time

For the piccolo double they should've done like piccolo with 2 arms or with his cape and hat

The calendar is representing the Saiyan saga in dbz that’s why there are no characters in the buu,cell,or frieza saga

This is a really cool box just wish they added characters like bulma or mr. popo if they are sticking to saiyan saga only rather then duplicate metallics.

We bought this for our countdown this year because my kids and husband are super into DB. We are pretty disappointed with the lack of variety in characters as well.

The duplicates were kind of a bummer but I picked this up on clearence at GameStop for $16 so I think it’s definitely worth it at this price. Would be upset if I paid $40 though.
Really disappointed there was no Bulma, cell etc it could have been so much better!
I believe the reason why some of them are metallic is that this calendar was supposed to show us characters from the Saiyan saga.

Tristan, the one from day 4 isn't Great ape Goku but it is Great Ape Vegeta, you can see the difference the Vegeta one has gear one and Goku doesn't have clothes on on the great ape form. and rip master Roshi his ear..

I would have loved future Trunks, and Bulma and Goten, they really should not have doubled up on so many characters. The metallic ones are cool, but I would have liked like chrome or metallic super saiyans . . . oh well. There's always next year. Here's hoping Funko listens. And that last figure was the best . . . . love it, and Puar of course. LOL

This is based on the Saiyan saga, so there's no Frieza, no cell, majin buu, etc...

So as not to spoil my calendar I only watched up to day 6. lol. Also I’m not surprised King Kai’s ear was missing cause on mine I could tell it wasn’t glued that well. Also not to be that guy but day 4 was Vegeta not Goku. lol. But yeah not a huge deal.

you mispronounce krillin, nappa, puar. that vegeta is in a figting pose and the chiaotzu is in a pose where hes using his psychic powers. also thats great ape vegeta, and the puar comes as a side character for that yamcha in the bigger version

I think they doubled up on some characters because they ran out of characters from the saiyan saga (because that was what this set was all about).
I hope they do the other sagas in the next Christmas
I open my 6th day of December and my king kai is ok thanks to dragon ball z advent calendar I added a lot more dragon ball pops to my collection
