Loved the workout! My daughter who never gets sick had similar symptoms over the holidays and was not feeling well for 2-3 weeks. She back to working out.
That was a sweaty one! Fast moving and all the up and down made for a good one! So happy to hear that you are feeling better. Life happens...sometimes not the way we would like it, unfortunately. And tell Piper to get her own sippy cup! 😂😂😂😂😂

Yesterday I had done how to build stronger legs, so my legs had some words for me today! This was a good one! I liked the mix of exercises and it moved fast! Time was up before I realized it. So glad you are feeling better! You've talked before about the pressure you feel and I can only imagine the burden it is since you built this company from the ground up. We all love and appreciate you and Kim and the tremendous amount of resources you both provide! I honestly think most of us could go months just going through everything that's already out there before we ever needed new material LOL!

Great format! I can always use abs and booty strength moves. The added cardio was fun 🤩! I hope you are feeling better. I know what you mean. I got sick a couple of weeks ago. The first time in years. It’s discouraging when you are taking care of yourself.

There were so many exercises that I loved and quite a few that I strongly disliked! I stayed in the pocket and repeated the previous exercise (wearing the wrong bra for jacks!) Next time I'll choose the class before I press the start button. We truly appreciate the passion that you bring to your workouts. Cheers Tracy.

Whew. It was fun! That cardio was good. You don't even seem winded. I'm huffing and puffing. I used 12. 17 25 30 and 35 lbs.

Girl, you need to give yourself grace! Illness is going to be a part of life unfortunately. I don’t know that any of us would recognize if you recycled a couple of things to give yourself time to heal. I do follow what you did this week, which is flipped down to the beginner with higher weights if I’m feeling ill or pressed for time. Hang in there! We’re hanging with you! I love this membership and wished I would have known about it years ago.
