  • The Founder Series loudspeakers are the newest models to be released by Paradigm-and the first to be released since Scott Bagby and his son John took full ownership control of the company in 2019. The lineup consists of the 80F, 100F, and 120H floorstanders; 40B bookshelf; 90C center-channel; and 70LCR, which can be used as a main or center speaker.
Doug Schneider reviewed the 100F for SoundStage! Hi-Fi and wrote: “The Founder 100F is a bona-fide hit. . . . It not only provides high sound quality for a reasonable price-the very thing Paradigm built its reputation on-it provides them with dashing good looks."

This video, which was shot in Paradigm’s 225,000-square-foot facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, explores the technologies that went into this new series-and also reveals how Scott Bagby challenged the team to push beyond what they previously thought possible.

I listened to the 80Fs days ago for literally 25s and keep thinking about them. Sound was HUGE. So much meat on the bone. Mid range is clear and honest engaging but not trying too hard. Treble not bright, nuanced but not pronounced drawing undue attention. It's interesting what they say about modern interiors, also very true. These are the speakers that can play metal, drum and bass, EDM and not shit the bed. Gotta hear the 100F next. Oh and cabinet IRL is stunning

🤙🙏✌... Nice to see some friends in the video... and good to see a few others losing weight and getting into healthy shape. Hope it wasn't stress but solid focus that brought about a positive change. 👏👏...
My Respect and kudos to Scott.. for stepping back in to reclaim the brand from a copy-cat looking product it had become. Im honoured to have been part of the experience for a short time.. giving my everything to reach and exceed production goals... and enthusiastically reach audiences. All the best to the few great people whom I miss dearly.
This was a great inside look and dialogue from Blake. Great camera and views edited in with the descriptions. I think fans of the brand will enjoy this.. I have very few bad things to say about the 40B I bought very early in the release production.. No lies about mid clarity.. It is more improved over any previous models.. Balanced and clear.
    👏👏👏🙏..Good Job Team.

Just had the 100F’s and 90C in Midnight Cherry installed with the Anthem AVM70 and Anthem MCA225 and MCA525. Very very pleased.

I would have liked to see what those crossovers looked like... I have heard everything Paradigm has ever made. My former favorite was the 30th Anniversary Tribute. But now I believe the Founders are the best sounding, well balanced Paradigm speakers ever made.

I would love to have a pair of the Founder 100F's. I'm racking my brain right now trying to figure out how to afford them.

OS waveguides are the ideal shape according to Earl Geddes, but this one is a bit small which will be noticeable in its polar response. Still, it’s a very good sign they went this route; this might be a decent one.

Are the Paradigm Founder Series 100F better than the Klipsch RF-7 series 111?

Why don't you solder the wire on the drivers? Makes me wounder how the filter looks like

already turned off by the push-on driver connections. show us the crossover parts

Dude, Danny Ritchie is not the only person who knows how to design a speaker. And production speakers are not the same as DIY. Soldering each driver’s wiring is not practical unless the price goes up due to higher labour costs.
