It’s hard to believe that even after the crowd was politely asked to refrain from outbursts, some selfish individuals thought it would be better to shout out an ruin the moment for the rest. Take a moment and grow the heck up. We are not all waiting to hear your grunts and howls to complete this beautiful piece. Get an idea, grow some class, allow the rest of us to enjoy what you obviously cannot. Bravo for taking the time girlie girls, the performance was beautiful.
I was there Thursday night and I agree I thought the crowd messed up the moment. On one hand you can appreciate that the crowd was 100% into it and loved it. But I thought the audience out of respect for Brandon and the Castellows should have been more restrained and this wonderful performance would have been even more memorable. The positive about Thursday night was that it was a pure raw emotion about appreciating the immense talent on display. Thank you for posting this.
I saw that happen at an Eric Clapton concert in '91. It was on the heels of his unplugged, and Tears in Heaven hit. After a set of all instrument sings, he trued an unplugged set with Tears being the first song. There were so many young teens and early 20 somethings that wouldn't shut up, to the point, it angered him and he stopped the set completely. Kids just didn't get it !! So irritating at the disrespect !
Asking people in this country, especially drunk people in this country, to be quiet during ANY song is an exercise in futility. This was about as good as you can ask for, but of course there are always those attentions seeker who can't just shut up and listen. People just can't follow directions and keep their mouthes closed even for 3-4 minutes.
I've never understood why people will go to hear a music artist but won't shut up and listen to them. Shut up or stay home so you don't ruin it for everyone.
I hope the Castellows bring Brandon Coleman to the amazing tour cross Europe😁👍. The Castellows have done some amazing songs with other artist and on the tour cross Europe we want to hear everything from the Castellows. Will be a badass tour that's for sure😜✌️ God bless you all and greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
And what does that get you? Instead of seeking attention for something as simple and meaningless as being "FIRST", how about just praising the people singing in this video and stop trying to make it about getting attention for yourself?
@@scottmichaels12that was my way of praising it. Just get tired of saying the same thing all the time. Not really sure why it bothers you anyway but may God bless you, as well as all of us
Did they announce to the crowd back in the old days too be very very quite!? That is the difference between now and the old days. They tried, but you don’t have to say we need it to be perfect to be great. Back then they just went up there and were….
They didn't have to. Back then the Opry was a live radio broadcast, and everyone knew that. Before TVs they used to gather around their radios and listen to the Opry. Chances are there was someone off to the side holding a sign, or there was a lit sign that told them when to be quiet, when to applaud, and when they could relax. I have done live radio and TV shows and have been a part of some live studio audiences, and that is still the same today. People back then were raised to have manners and common courtesy. That isn't as common today as it used to be. They weren't so self absorbed, distracted, and unaware of what was going on around them. As a musician and someone who goes to a lot of live shows, I can tell you first hand that there was a trend going on for a while where i swear there a handful of people that would come to a show just to see how loud they could be. I've seen mfers stand front row and be so loud and rude that you could hear them as much as the band. I have removed them. I have some artists litteraly walk off and stop the show because of odnoxiois assholes being too loud. A couple years ago there were a few artists that would wear hoodies up over their ears to help drown them out. It is distracting as hell. But it is rude and disrespectful to everyone who paid their hard earned money to come hear the music. If people back then had failed to have manners, someone would have let them know and taught them a lesson if needed because the people back then were built different. Their parents didn't raise little bitches that could hide behind their cell phones and computers where they forgot how to interact socialy.
Two kinds of people hooted and hollered: 1. Fake Christians who think that yelling at the mention of Jesus makes them look more religious. 2. Immature, self-centered A-holes, who couldn't resist the idea that their lame-ass yells would stand out on the recording.
Honestly, that wasn’t a good sound match at all, I in fact, I can only think of four female singers that would be a come to Jesus moment with his vocals, ironically, I’m going to say Sarah McLachlan, haley Reinhart, Beth hart or the lead vocalist from Alabama Shakes, I don’t know her name, but I can hear the match.
I think the RCS are a great talent, wonderful, but I couldn't really hear anything from the women. I couldn't say how they sound because it wasn't audible here.
Didn't like his attitude to be honest put me right off him Not saying he didn't have the right to ask them yo be quiet but he showed his colours a bit there

Rude society of today's world. I would've hated being seated by them.

This song was sung at my Dads funeral. Beautiful. Thank you.

Some how a few Harris supporters slipped in. Can't keep their mouth shut for 3 minutes when asked politely to do so.

God Bless you All That was Beautiful
That was epic!
Only a few idiots fucked it up!
Seemed like pretty clear instructions to me....but yet people still had to hoot & holler during the song??
Some people are inconsiderate as hell
Trumpers
@@dougmartin7446 Shits dumb. Who cares if it's Trumpers or Sniffer Joe. Disrespect comes from both sides of the aisle, so your comment is stupid.
Ya just had to bring up Trump? He has nothing to do with this. Get over it. Not everything is Trump's fault. I mean, get a grip!
And I imagine some of those who raised their voices were moved to do so. It happens!!

Is it just me, or does he resemble a young Johnny Cash? Maybe it's the hair.
He needs to give the Mike to the girls
Perfection. I see some commenting on people others who yelled out… sometimes the Holy Spirit moves you. Just that simple.
Alcohallelujah. 2:34
Asked to be quiet but can't, sad
Ummm if you don't want crowd noise don't perform in public..... hell my daddy doesn't even tell me to hush!
Always a few to screw shit up. Unbelievable mentality you have to shout out after asked not too. Actually feel pity for you and your ways.
From a video stand point. Photographic view . They all should have been on the same side of the mic, so you can see them all singing.
Flick snitches.
