As a person with trouble hearing, i find it refreshing they didn't feel the need to yell at each other. I think the translation of mood would have been much more difficult
And the second most is getting a bartender two seconds after hitting the bar at a busy nightclub

@albert93231 that was too late at that point. Plus, even after that, he just chose to continue his safe life with John.. he was still a coward. I think Mark knew that, and him saying he should go back to John, was maybe a test.

Yeah, I don’t understand the need for a lot of these movies or TV shows with gay couples to always end on a sad or bitter note. Like, maybe 20-30 years ago I could understand that. But it’s 2024 now, there are plenty of gay couples out there who are happily together and have a perfectly healthy relationship. I myself am gay and have been with my bf for over 4 years now. One of my co-workers is also gay and he’s been married to his husband for 30 years or so. So yeah, I think it’s time to stop all this angst and drama that’s always around gay couples in movies or shows.

@@stevetrowbridge7425 actually there are some gay couples on tv shows that have happy endings like Mickey and Ian from shameless,Alex and Michael from Roswell New Mexico,Alec and Magnus from shadowhunters they were lesbians but Eve and maze from lucifer got married in the end and Tk and Carlos in 911 lone star got married at the end of last season so some gay couples do have happy endings a lot break up but they usually end up back together take Callie and Arizona from greys anatomy idk how many times they broke up but there back together and also on greys Levi and Nico broke up but I think they’ll find there way back to each other
Contrary to many movies, the character choses to end the relationship to respect himself. It’s not because someone won’t accept him. I wish they would have stayed together because they are so beautiful together. Warren made the best decision for himself
They messed up when they started dating...Mark and Richard was in "open relationship", but Mark was being "kept", and was unhappy. I am addicted to this film...

Eventually, Mark rejected Warren because Warren didn't stand up for Mark when Warren's lover John punched Mark when their affair became known. I too wanted Mark and Warren to quit their lovers and start a decent relationship together.

We've seen tons of movies like this but it's so refreshing to see a gay perspective. Wonderfully acted especially the lead actor Alex Lincoln as Mark.
I don't think I've ever watched a film and hated almost every character but this film managed it. Pinky was the only good person in the bunch.
The lead actors had great chemistry. The only character I hated the most was Mark’s friend Henry. He was the absolute the worst human being ever.
I watched it for the first time this weekend and I feel the same. I wanted to love it, but I just hated everyone. There was no one to root for.

Well the situation here was that he dint mind it but mark like waren so much that it became complicated to tell the partner cuz he dint want it to be a one thing time only since he was getting what the partner was not providing affection this whole situation was soo complicated that I said it like 6 time will watching the movie lol

Love the movie ; even got the DVD, to me Mark wasn’t really happy with his relationship because his BF always working , they don’t see each others family together & they are in a open relationship which is doomed from the start and Warren’s with is bf because he feels like he’s in debt to him for helping him & to me the reason Mark rejected Warren because 1 he didn’t stand for him when their affair was exposed and got hit and 2 Warren said he will leave his partner for Mark instead of him being happy so it wasn’t gone be right unless they both are ready to wanna be together
